I do not recommend mainline plumbing The plumber that was sent out had very little knowledge on how to fix my sump pump line It's not draining to lake. He snaked it 100 yards and it came out clean. He called his boss and was on the phone for awhile and proceeded to tell me there was nothing else that could be done until everything thaws. He said for $299 they could use a camera and come back next week I called my neighbor who came over and told him that he needed to move the drainage pipe ( I had purchase the night before from Ace) to redirect water to back yard. His response was “ I'm going to have to have to charge you”. He stated this 3 different times My neighbor provided the reducer and glue. (the plumber glue was dried out) It took the plumber literally less than 10 minutes to do what my neighbor suggested and charged me an additional $65 If it wasn't for my neighbors recent hip replacement he would have done himself! Total cost $250 The only reason I used them is that they came out April 2022 and did similar work and I thought there would be some sort of warranty That job cost $695 I'm a single woman and was totally taken advantage of. Thank goodness now the water is being redirected to yard and not stagnant recycling over and over by the foundation.At least I don’t have to worry about my sump pump giving out!

SERVICE! EXCELLENCE! PRIDE! PROFESSIONALISM! Still exist. Last week, for no reason there was no water in the toilet or tank. Water worked everywhere else. It was late in the day & Mainline said someone would be there in the morning. At 8:30am, David called and said he was on his way. He saw the problem, got the part, fixed it and in less than 20 minutes was done. No mess. No problem. I haven't seen this level of professionalism in decades. Thank you, David. Thank you Mainline!

I called this morning at 9:10 am. Worried about my sump pump, as I had not heard it for a while, and when I looked at the water in the pitt, it was almost up to the top of the pump so I was worried it wasn't working. They had a man out here by 10:40 am, he looked at the sump pump after crawling along distance in my cross space, and said it really did not need repair or even cleaning. So I just paid him the $69 service call fee. I always appreciate a company that tells me I don't need a service I otherwise would have paid for and not known the difference.

After a week of my husband trying to fix our plumbing issues, we finally called Mainline Plumbing. David came out and fixed the problem within ten minutes. He was very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied. I would recommend Mainline to anyone that asks for a good plumbing company!

Called Mainline to install a Primary/Backup Sump Pump Combo with a backup battery. They provided a quote right away and came out just a few days later. They use quality name brand parts and installed with great craftsmanship. Mainline is always my first call when I need plumbing services.

Had an emergency and the guys came out in less than an hour, were super nice and professional, and took care of the problem right away at a reasonable price. I couldn't have been happier. Update: Had them out twice more since and still a happy customer. Glad to have found a great service.
